Joséphine Kant
Principal
Joséphine Kant is a Principal at Dogwood Ventures, where she invests in early-stage startups. Before Dogwood, she was a part of Y Combinator’s Growth Fund. Prior to that, she led global programs at Google for Startups. Joséphine started her career at Google working in sales and people operations, advising Google leadership on talent strategy.
Joséphine is also a certified leadership coach with the Co-Active Training Institute, the largest experiential coach training and leadership development organisation in the world, and runs a private coaching practice for founders. She sits on the Forbes Coaching Council, an invitation-only organization for leading business coaches. She’s coached hundreds of hours, with a focus on leadership, co-founder therapy, and navigating the highs and lows of building a company.
Joséphine speaks five languages and has lived in eight countries. Outside of work, she enjoys nature, baking bread, and practicing and teaching yoga.
